Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer international shipping to 13 countries. International shipping is set at a flat rate of $40AUD (~$28USD).

How do I know I am getting a good value?

Each box contains over $100 worth of retail value. Our commitment to our partnered brands allows us to access inventory at a wholesale rate which means more savings for you! We are always looking for new ways to add more value to our monthly boxes.

Can I get a refund?

We allow refunds up to the point of your package being shipped from our warehouse. Once a package is shipped, we do not allow refunds except in some special cases. You can cancel your subscription at anytime and you will not be charged on the next billing cycle. If there is any problem with your order you can always contact us at hello@deadsetfresh.com.au and we’ll do everything in our power to help you out!

Can I return or exchange an item?

We’re committed to making sure that every box is packed with care, containing quality items that we know you’ll love. With that being said, if you receive your box and you there’s something you really don’t like or you feel it doesn’t match your style, please contact us at hello@deadsetfresh.com.au so we can work on exchanging the item for something you’ll love and adjust your profile so your boxes get better with every delivery!

Do I decide what I receive?

When you sign up with DEADSETFRESH you will answer a series of style profile questions which will allow us to help curate the perfect box just for you. After filling out some basic questions, feel free to write about your style more specifically in the space provided, including any particular items or colours you love or hate. We are currently working on a feature which will allow you to update your own preferences from your account page.
